Please allow up to 24 hours for order processing prior to dispatch.  

PICKUPS:

Pickups are accepted, but you must place your order first so we can have it invoiced, packed and ready for you. HSD operates a mail order warehouse, not a walk-in retail shop. We do take web & phone orders for pickup or dispatch.

Same-day pickup orders must be placed before 11am & picked up after 3pm. 

FREIGHT CHARGES:

Freight is charged at cost.  See below for typical freight charges.

All of our products are delivered either via Registered Post or Express Airfreight, whichever is the lower cost.

DURAL AREA CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE:
Due to massive expansion in our mail order business, our staff no longer deliver free locally.
Local customers are now served by mail order.
If you live in the Dural area & wish to avoid freight charges, please collect your order from our warehouse.
4 hours order processing time is required.
Pre-order by 11am to collect your order after 3pm Monday-Friday. 

Within Sydney (up to 22kg): 

$10.95 via Australia Post or overnight courier (depending on suburb). 

Other NSW and Interstate: 

• Up to 5kg $10.95 by express courier Australia-wide.
• Orders over 5kg & outside of Sydney are shipped via Australia Post. If your total order weight exceeds 5kg, a HSD representative may contact you to advise of the likely Australia Post freight cost before your order is processed.  (Please note, you will only hear from us if your freight cost is likely to exceed $10.95.  This tends to only occur with >5kg orders to remote areas of NT, WA, TAS and North QLD.)  Most other areas of Australia area serviced by a flat $10.95 fee for under 22kg.

Been offered Free Freight or Cheaper freight charges elsewhere?

If one of our competitors if offering you free freight, you will get what you pay for.  Slow, unreliable delivery.   HSD has an unparalled reputation for fast delivery & we will not jeapordise our high standards or the safety of your order by using bargain basement freight companies.

We make no profit from freight & are able to keep your delivery cost to a minimum through the high volume of parcels we send.

Vaccines Surcharges:
Please note that orders containing vaccines require refrigerated overnight courier delivery ($10.95) & attract a $4.40 esky & icepack surcharge.  Because they are perishable if not kept cool, vaccines are only delivered to areas within Australia which are serviced by overnight courier from Sydney, & are not shipped on Fridays.  

Vaccines are not refundable once they leave our office, as we cannot be sure of their refrigeration history on the return trip.

Dangerous Goods:
Products that are either flammable or packaged as aerosols are classified by Australia Post as dangerous goods.  We have an arrangement with Australia Post by which we are able to ship dangerous goods.  However they can only be shipped by road, meaning that slower than normal delivery can be expected for these products.
